Agent Interview and what I am up to

Chanelle, one of our YAtopians has posted a great interview with agent Victoria Marini on YAtopia today. Check it out and see what she's looking for!

SO, I'm doing something a little different right now. Over two years ago and I wrote a book I LOVED. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good. But, I still love it and now, I know I can make it much better. After a talk with my agent, I'm ready to dig in and rewrite this book. I've never rewritten a whole book before, but I can't think of a story I would like to revisit again as much as I would Chasing Normal.

Wish me luck!

I just finished re-writing a whole book. Different process, but I enjoyed it! I already knew the main characters, and I felt more at ease.

Best of luck to you!

I'm completely re-writing a book right now - one you read, coincidentally (Chris and Corinne) and am also, like you, putting it in present tense. One chapter at a time...
I wrote a list for each character, things they want, don't want, just to make sure that their motivations are sharper, more clear cut. I'm amazed at what I missed on that book...
I can't WAIT to see what happens with your current project.
